Day at the Park

With how little I've been blogging lately you might think we're dropping the ball on our name sake activity of going to the park. Thankfully, you would be wrong. We are still going strong, I just try to focus more on playing and less on photos. It's an ever constant struggle in my mind between, "yay running and playing with my Eva" and "omg that would be such a cool shot!"

I can have all the photos in the world of her, but if I don't ever join in the fun, what kind of a mom am I?  So, here's a few shots I just took with my iPhone when we met up with LaRae and her kids at Elm Creek Park.

End of Year Gymnastics Show

Sorry we've been so quiet around here lately. Lots going on, mostly work, but we've found time for some fun as well! I'll have more photos from this weekend but in the meantime here are a few from Eva's end of the year gymnastics show at Twin City Twisters.  She is one session away from the "big girl" class so we're plugging along this summer and we'll see how things look in the fall when she starts kindergarten.
