Snowmageddon 2010

It was a good thing we stocked up Friday night because the weather man was right- it was a blizzard to be reckoned with!  I think the final snow fall was just shy of 20 inches but it was the negative 30 degree windchill and huge winds blowing all the snow around that made it worse.  Everything was cancelled or closed; our gym is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year and even it closed.

To top it all off the Metrodome, the sports facility where the Minnesota Vikings play, fell in on itself!  The domed top collapsed from the weight of the snow and the winds.
